We are delighted to offer FREE worldwide shipping for all orders. Regardless of your location, you can enjoy our premium handmade felt products without the burden of shipping costs. We collaborate with reputable courier services like FedEx and DHL to ensure your order reaches you within 5-7 business days from dispatch. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, with bulk or custom orders potentially taking up to 15 days. Please be aware that unforeseen delays or customs clearance may affect shipping times, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

Returns and Refunds:

We take immense pride in the quality of our products, and we hope you will share our enthusiasm. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please note that custom or personalized orders are exempt from returns.

To initiate a return, kindly contact our customer service team at info@woollyes.com, providing your order number and reason for return. We will furnish you with a return address and detailed instructions. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and promptly notify you of your refund status. Approved returns will result in a refund to your original payment method within 2-3 business days, excluding the original shipping cost.

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement to be dispatched or issue a refund.

 

Customs and Taxes: 

International orders may be subject to customs and duties fees, which are the buyer's responsibility and not included in the shipping costs. For more details on these fees, please consult your local customs office.

 

Cancellations:

Should you wish to cancel your order, contact us within 24 hours of placing it. We will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may still be eligible for a return in accordance with our return policy.
